Crisis Support

If you or someone you know is an immediate danger to themselves or someone else please call the emergency services line immediately 000.

Please be aware that MedServ Medical Consulting Suites is not an emergency service or a Crisis Clinic and we cannot guarantee speaking to or seeing anyone urgently.

If you believe you need urgent mental health care and support and cannot wait for the next available appointment, you have the following options:

  • Attend your nearest Public Hospital Emergency Department,

  • Contact Psychiatric Triage which offers an all-hours information, assessment and referral service (in South Eastern Region call 1300 369 012)

  • Contact Lifeline (13 11 14) which also offers an all-hours crisis support service,

  • Contact your GP

  • Emergency – Ambulance, Police, Fire: 000
